Abstract: The LNG project construction management system, as an information management system, constructs each interrelated subproject and section of the LNG engineering in a decomposition system of the unified engineering construction according to their respective hierarchies or/ and levels, so as to conduct the intensive management. The system can solve the problem of team (collaborative) work and information sharing between the owners and the participating units in the process of construction. Taking progress schedule as the core and investment control as the purpose, it can forecast in advance and control the construction process. It may effectively enhance the project management level. The main function is to control the progress, investment, quality, HSE, communication and coordination, with several major functional modules such as integrated information management, process control management, integrity data management, visual display, project-completion data management, system management, and others, covering the entire lifecycle of scientific research, survey, design, construction, and commissioning test run.

 

摘要: LNG 工程建设管理系统作为信息化管理系统, 将LNG 工程相互关联的各个子项目、标段, 按照各自的层 次和等级构建在一个统一的工程建设分解体系之中, 进行集约化管理。该系统可解决工程建设过程中业主和各参建单 位的协同工作、信息共享问题。它以进度计划为核心, 以投资控制为目的, 对施工过程进行事前预测及控制, 可有效 提高工程项目的整体管理水平。功能主要是进度控制、投资控制、质量控制、HSE 控制、沟通协调, 具有综合信息管 理、过程控制管理、完整性数据管理、可视化展示、竣工资料管理、系统管理等几大功能模块, 涵盖了可研、勘测、 设计、施工、投产试运行全生命周期。
